In stock items ship out within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted. J Mackenzie will only ship to the address specified during checkout. Shipping service provider options are FedEx.

RETURNS
J Mackenzie accepts unused items in their original condition for store credit within 10 days of purchase. Please understand that if J Mackenzie is contacted after this time we will not be able to issue a return. Returned items must be received by J Mackenzie in new condition with original packaging. J Mackenzie does not accept returns on any custom or sale items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and should send the package to:

If the item being returned is a necklace, please keep the clasp of the necklace out of the bag (so it doesn’t arrive tangled) - this is also a great tip for traveling with necklaces.
